How pricing works
OsteosOnline is priced per location, per month. Your base includes network presence and monthly reporting on demand, visibility and booking intent. AI support, back-office and campaign assistance are optional additions, activated only when they add value for your practice. You can start with just visibility and expand into a full suite over time.
For groups and multi-location setups, we work with a custom proposal based on your specific situation.

Frequently Asked Questions
We welcome certified osteopaths who hold recognized qualifications (D.O., M.R.O. or equivalent). You must be registered with a professional association in your country, such as the NRO (Netherlands) or GNRPO (Belgium). We evaluate each application individually to ensure our quality standards are met.
We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for current rates. Pricing depends on your location and the services you choose. Our platform, location page, and AI assistant are all included.
Absolutely. If you already have a booking system that works for you, keep using it. We also offer a full back-office built specifically for osteopaths: agenda, patient management, invoicing. You can start with your current tools and switch later, or use ours from day one. Your choice.
Most practices are live within 1-2 weeks. Our onboarding includes setting up your location page, configuring your backend access, uploading osteopath profiles, and optionally activating the AI assistant.
